Information centre of "Rīgas satiksme" received 99 394 customer requests in six months
A majority, 90%, were customers’ information requests, but the remaining 10% were customers’ references about various situations: expressions of gratitude, complaints, as well as proposals how to improve passenger service. In the first half of 2012 the information centre received 89 341 information requests. They are divided in eight categories: routes and schedules; tickets; customer service centres; parking-lots; ticket controllers; drivers; minibuses; miscellaneous.
Requests to "Rīgas satiksme" information centre as per categories
As can be seen from the chart, most of customers’ questions were about routes and schedules – in half-a-year time the information centre received 66 705 such questions. Passengers mostly asked about departure and arrival times, and how to get from one point to another. Many customers asked about tickets (9 597 requests), mostly about the terms of using tickets. 1 983 customers asked about minibuses, mostly about arrival and departure times.
